This is not an entirely new recipe for me but this weekend I tried a new version and I just have to share!
I decided to try them with the garlic flavored olive oil from Trader Joe’s. OMG!
These were so good, they didn’t even make it to the trail. It’s a good thing they are so easy to make! Head over to one of my first recipes on the blog and follow the directions using garlic olive oil instead. The low temp of the recipe is perfect for olive oil.
I won’t lie and tell you it tastes just like potato chips, but you’ll feel a lot less guilty polishing off a bag of these.
