Many of us as humans are blessed with the ability to choose our diet. Even if we prescribe to a particular style of diet, there is often no one way to follow that type of diet. From vegan to vegetarian to low carb, you could ask 100 people what they eat and get 100 different answers. The same goes for paleo. Some say it is more of a framework to start with and then you eventually end up with what works for you (the most important part of ANY diet).
