There are many reasons why you might be looking to find a partner to hike with.
Not everyone feels comfortable being out in the wilderness by themselves. It’s cheaper to carpool down those long forest roads. Or maybe you just enjoy sharing your love of the outdoors with other people.
No matter the reason, there are plenty of ways to meet others who love to hike like you do. In addition to the websites here, there are many Facebook groups where events are posted. Just do a search like “Hiking in Snohomish County” or “Washington Hikers & Climbers” and you are sure to find some like minded partners.
I am listing the hiking groups closest to me but the same idea can be applied to many different places, just switch out the county or city and you are sure to find a partner near you!
