Hiking (or walking)

I head to the library and pick up a stack of books, usually a mix of whatever has me stressed and some fluffy fiction. Nothing calms me down like getting away in my head. This may, also, mean a mad dash of pinning on Pinterest, too!
Chocolate
Just keeping it real, chocolate is THE BEST. And combined with hiking or walking it is a win-win solution. Enjoy Life’s Mini Chocolate Chips are one of my favorites but when I’m trying to be good I go for some indulgent 100% cacoa bars available in specialty shops. I find I only need a tiny bit to give me the same satisfaction.
